2 Hospitalized after Seattle Car Accident on 2nd Avenue and Madison Street

 
SEATTLE, WA (July 15, 2019) – Two people sustained injuries after a car crashed into a doughnut shop on 2nd Avenue on July 10.
 
The crash happened about 3:00 p.m. at Mighty-O Donuts on 2nd Avenue and Madison Street. A Toyota SUV crashed into the storefront while three people and an employee are inside.
 
The customers got struck by shattered glass from windows. Meanwhile, responders transported the 50-year-old driver to the hospital. Also, one of the people inside the shop went to the hospital as well.
 
Police did not release any other information regarding the accident at this time. However, the authorities in the area are still investigating the crash.
