15-Year-Old Girl Hospitalized after Struck by Car at Casa Pacifica Centers for Children & Families
CAMARILLO, CA (April 9, 2018) – A 15-year-old girl was struck and injured by a car at the 1700 block of South Lewis Road, late Monday night.
According to reports, the teenager was at the entrance of the Casa Pacifica Group Home at 1722 S Lewis, when hit by a black Jeep Grand Cherokee. Police officials from the Camarillo PD arrived at the scene of the accident shortly after.
The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment and evaluation. The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities during their investigation. No charges have been filed at this time.
