How Families Can Cover Expenses Following Hit-and-Run Crashes
In the pedestrian accident on the Harbor Freeway, the victim’s family must become aware of their rights under the law. This means that there may be a right to file a lawsuit against the person or company responsible for the injuries they suffered. This holds true even when the suspect responsible is still at large.
