Officials Searching Suspect in Fatal Crash on Contra Loma Boulevard
Antioch, CA (October 13, 2022) On Tuesday evening, a hit-and-run crash on Buchanan Road killed a 50-year-old woman.
Police say that the fatal crash happened at around 11:05 p.m. at the intersection with Contra Loma Boulevard.
Authorities arrived at the scene and found the female pedestrian down in the roadway. Reports say that a speeding southbound vehicle struck the woman crossing the street. The suspect vehicle fled the scene after the collision.
Moreover, paramedics transported the woman to a hospital, where the woman succumbed to her injuries and died.
