Bryson McClure Arrested in Fatal Vehicle Crash on Highway 249 and Highway 99 [Harris County, TX]

1 Person Dead in Harris County Auto Accident on Highway 249 and Highway 99

HARRIS COUNTY, TX (October 31, 2023) – On Friday, authorities arrested Bryson McClure after a fatal vehicle crash on Highway 249 and Highway 99.

The incident happened at the intersection of Highway 249 and Highway 99.

According to the Texas Police Department, a white Ford F-250 that was reported stolen and was being chased by authorities ran a red light at the intersection of Highway 99 and 249 and struck a Toyota.

Moreover, responders pronounced the female driver of the Toyota, dead at the scene. Then, paramedics transported the Ford driver, 29-year-old Bryson McClure, with unknown injuries.

Furthermore, officers arrested McClure for felony Murder and Evading Arrest with a $100,000 for evading arrest charge and $350,000 on the murder charge.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Vehicular Crimes Division continued to investigate the crash.
