2 People Dead in Williamson County Auto Accident on State Highway 95 near Coupland Drive

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TX (July 3, 2023) – Saturday afternoon, a brutal two-vehicle crash on State Highway 95 near Coupland Drive killed two people.

The incident happened at around 2:20 p.m. on State Highway 95, half a mile south of Coupland Drive.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, a northbound Chevrolet pickup traveled on the wrong side of the road and collided with a southbound Ford F-350. Then, both vehicles erupted into flames after the collision.

Moreover, officers confirmed that the male driver of the Chevrolet and the female driver of the Ford both died in the crash.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information about the crash becomes available, the public will be notified.
