PITTSBURG, CA (July 2, 2023) – Friday, a brutal pickup truck crash on Highway 4 and Bailey Road led to the death of 2 people.

The incident occurred at about 8:15 a.m. on eastbound Highway 4, west of Bailey Road.

According to reports, a GMC pickup truck crashed into a Volkswagen sedan. As a result, the GMC was pushed off the road, overturned, and ejected both occupants from the truck.

Then, responders took both victims to a hospital. However, they later succumbed to their injuries.

Meanwhile, the Volkswagen driver sustained no injuries in the crash.

Moreover, the authorities haven’t disclosed the identities of the deceased due to pending family notification.
