PINE VALLEY, CA (April 16, 2024) – Saturday morning, a brutal pedestrian crash on Pine Boulevard near Rocky Pass killed one person.

The incident happened at around 11:00 a.m. on Pine Boulevard, south of Rocky Pass.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a northbound Ford F-550 veered onto the right for still unknown reasons and struck a 61-year-old female pedestrian who was walking along the shoulder of Pine Valley Road.

Moreover, authorities confirmed that the victim died in the crash.

Furthermore, authorities do not believe that drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.
