Bakersfield, CA (February 16, 2024) Early Thursday morning, a man died after a violent pedestrian crash on Cottonwood Road.
According to the Bakersfield Police Department, the hit-and-run crash happened at about 2:09 a.m. at the intersection of Cottonwood Road and East Pacheco Road.
Reports say that a southbound car fatally struck a man walking on the east shoulder of Cottonwood Road.
