GARDEN GROVE, CA (September 25, 2023) – Sunday morning, a brutal pedestrian crash on 22 Freeway and Harbor Boulevard killed one person.

The incident happened at around 2:30 a.m. on eastbound Garden Grove 22 Freeway and Harbor Boulevard.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a vehicle struck a male pedestrian who was wearing a gray hoodie and was seen walking on the right shoulder of the freeway, against traffic.

Moreover, responders pronounced the victim, believed to be a homeless person, dead at the scene.
