2 People Dead in Los Angeles Traffic Accident on La Brea Avenue and Coliseum Street

LOS ANGELES, CA (March 10, 2024) – Saturday afternoon, a brutal multi-vehicle crash on La Brea Avenue and Coliseum Street killed two people.

The incident happened at around 3:00 p.m. on La Brea Avenue and Coliseum Street.

According to the LAPD, a northbound Mercedes Benz traveling at a high rate of speed lost control and collided with a car that was stopped to make a left turn onto Coliseum Street. Then, the force of the crash pushed the Benz to rollover and collided with a third vehicle before it came to rest on its roof.

Moreover, officers confirmed that two occupants of the Benz were pronounced dead at the scene. Then, paramedics treated the other occupants of the other vehicles at the scene for minor injuries.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the LAPD continued to investigate the crash.
