MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX (October 25, 2023) – Monday afternoon, a brutal motorcycle crash on FM 149 near FM 1375 killed 1 person.

The crash occurred just before 3:00 p.m. on FM 149 near FM 1375.

According to police reports, a male riding a motorcycle crashed into a silver Nissan Murano turning onto FM 149 from FM 1375 through the Sam Houston National Forest.

Officers said that the Nissan driver failed to yield the right of way.

Meanwhile, responders took the 72-year-old man on the Harley Davidson motorcycle to HCA Conroe Hospital but he didn’t survive. His identity remained undisclosed due to pending family notification.

Moreover, the driver of the Nissan and a passenger suffered no injuries in the crash.
