WESTMINSTER, CA (May 21, 2023) – Friday afternoon, a brutal motorcycle crash on Brookhurst Street killed 1 person.

The incident happened at 3:55 p.m. in the 15100 block of Brookhurst Street, said Commander Kevin MacCormick of the Westminster Police Department.

Officers confirmed that a 29-year-old Anaheim man died after his motorcycle crashed into a passenger vehicle.

“The motorcyclist was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Orange County Fire Authority,” MacCormick added. “The passenger vehicle driver was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.”

Also, the authorities ruled out alcohol or drugs as factors in the crash.
