Bothell, WA (September 17, 2023) On Saturday morning, a 2-vehicle head-on collision on I-405 left 2 people dead and another injured.

According to the Bothell Fire Department (BFD), the 2-vehicle crash happened on southbound I-405 near the 16500 block.

Reports say that 2 vehicles collided head-on, 2 people were declared dead at the scene, while a person was rushed to a nearby hospital.

Authorities are investigating the fatal crash and have not released additional information at this time.
