Thermal, CA (November 11, 2023) On Friday morning, 4 people were sent to the hospital after a 2-car crash on Grapefruit Boulevard.

According to the Riverside County Fire Department, the 2-vehicle collision happened around 10:32 a.m. in the area of Grapefruit Boulevard and Avenue 60.
