Ulise DeLao Arrested in Fatal DUI Crash on 10th Avenue
Canyon, TX (May 28, 2024) Early Monday morning, 27-year-old Brittany Torres died after getting fatally struck by a vehicle in a horrific auto-pedestrian crash on 10th Avenue.
According to the Canyon Police Department, the fatal DUI crash happened at about 1:05 a.m. on the 1900 block of 10th Avenue.
Reports say that a vehicle driven by 28-year-old Ulise DeLao fatally struck Torres, who at the time was standing next to a vehicle.
Authorities say that DeLao has been arrested for intoxication manslaughter.
Canyon police are investigating the fatal crash and have not released further information about the incident.
