2 People Dead in Garden Grove Traffic Accident on Magnolia Avenue near 22 Freeway

GARDEN GROVE, CA (November 3, 2023) – Monday afternoon, authorities arrested Britney Marie Perez after a fatal multi-vehicle crash on Magnolia Avenue.

The incident happened at around 4:35 p.m. on Magnolia Avenue, just south of the Garden Grove (22) Freeway.

According to reports, an eastbound vehicle failed to negotiate a turn through an intersection and collided with three other vehicles.

Moreover, responders confirmed that 2 men died in the collision.

Furthermore, officers arrested the driver of the eastbound vehicle, 37-year-old Perez, for two counts of second-degree murder.
