Brian Burrow Killed and 1 Hospitalized after Antioch Accident on Highway 4 and 680 Freeway
ANTIOCH, CA (January 21, 2021) – Tuesday night, 59-year-old Brian Burrow died in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 4 and Interstate 680.
According to California Highway Patrol, a black Ford F-150 overturned in the roadway.
Then, it was struck by a white Ford F-150 on the westbound lane of Highway 4, just west of Interstate 680.
Thus, responders pronounced the 59-year-old driver, an Antioch man, of the black Ford dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, paramedics transported the driver of the white Ford, an adult male from San Leandro, to a local hospital.
Moreover, the identity of the deceased victim was released later by Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Coroners Office.
At this moment, it is still unknown if drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.
The Antioch accident is under active investigation.
