NAPA, CA (December 14, 2021) – Monday morning, a boy sustained injuries in a hit-and-run crash on Imola Avenue and Freeway Drive.
 
According to police Sgt. Aaron Medina, the incident happened at around 7:35 a.m. Moreover, it occurred at the intersection of Imola Avenue, Freeway Drive, and Golden Gate Drive.
 
Reports revealed that a westbound Toyota Prius struck a young male pedestrian crossing the street. Then, the Prius fled the scene after the crash.
 
Moreover, responders rushed the victim to Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center with moderate injuries.
 
Furthermore, the incident closed Imola Avenue between the Freeway-Golden Gate crossing and Foster Road for about 30 minutes.
