EASTVALE, CA (October 20, 2021) – Tuesday afternoon, a box truck driver died in a crash on 60 Freeway and Milliken Avenue.
 
The crash involving a box truck and a semi-truck occurred at about 12:45 p.m. Moreover, it happened in the westbound lanes of 60 Freeway, east of Milliken Avenue.
 
According to reports, a semi-truck hauling a trailer pulled in traffic. Then, the box truck traveling behind it failed to stop or slow down. As a result, it crashed into the back of the trailer.
 
The force of the crash left the box truck with fatal injuries. Afterward, responders declared the box truck driver dead at the scene. At this time, the identity of the deceased remains undisclosed due to pending family notification.
