73-Year-Old Male Pedestrian Dies in Auto-Pedestrian Crash on Mission Boulevard
Hayward, CA (February 15, 2024) On Tuesday evening, a 73-year-old male resident of Hayward was killed in the horrific Blossom Way Pedestrian Crash.
According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), the fatal auto-pedestrian crash happened around 7:35 p.m. on northbound Mission Boulevard, north of Blossom Way in Cherryland.
Reports say a gray Chevrolet Tahoe struck the Hayward man crossing the street. Officials pronounced the Hayward man dead at the scene.
Authorities are investigating the deadly auto-pedestrian crash and have not released additional information at this time.
