Billy Stilley and Jason Crum Injured in Fatal Two-Vehicle Crash on State Route 132 [Modesto, CA]

1 Person Dead in Modesto Auto Accident on State Route 132 near Crabtree Road

MODESTO, CA (October 18, 2024) – Wednesday afternoon, Billy Stilley and Jason Crum sustained injuries in a fatal two-vehicle crash on State Route 132 near Crabtree Road.

The incident happened around 3:00 p.m. on State Route 132 near Crabtree Road.

The California Highway Patrol said that a 2001 Toyota sedan failed to negotiate a curve, lost control, entered the westbound lanes, and collided with a 1995 Toyota pickup.

Paramedics rushed the female driver of the Toyota sedan to Memorial Medical Center where she was later pronounced dead. Then, responders transported the driver of the Toyota pickup, identified as Stilley, and his passenger Crum, to Memorial Medical Center with minor injuries.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.

Due to the limited information available, the CHP continued investigating the crash.
