Billy Jones and Manuel Cisneros Killed in Head-On Collision on Highway 85 in Fountain

Two People Fatally Injured in Car Crash on Intersection of S Highway 85 and Duckwood Road

 
FOUNTAIN, CO (January 31, 2018) – Two people died after a head-on collision on Highway 85 near Fountain Creek Nature Center, just before noon on Wednesday.
 
The incident between a truck and sedan took place on the intersection of S. Highway 85 and Duckwood Road. Both victims died at the scene of the crash and were identified on Thursday as Billy Jones, 75, and Manuel Cisneros, 55.
 
The road was blocked off while officials investigated. Authorities are still investigating the cause of the fatal accident, but they do not believe that drugs and alcohol were involved.
