Evening DUI Crash in Big Bear Sends One to Hospital
BIG BEAR, CA (January 18, 2019) – One person was hospitalized following a DUI crash Friday evening in Big Bear, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash happened around 7:10 p.m. at the intersection of East Country Club Boulevard and North Mount Doble Drive. The vehicles involved were described as a green Jeep and a gold Mitsubishi.
Details of how the crash occurred were not immediately available, but one patient was taken to a hospital with unspecified injuries and in an unknown condition.
One of the drivers was believed to have been driving while intoxicated, CHP officials said.
It is unknown if charges has been filed and liability has not yet been determined. The incident remains under investigation.
