Three Injured in Hit-and-Run Accident in Valley Spring Lane
Los Angeles, CA (May 11, 2020)– On Monday evening, an unidentified bicyclist and two pedestrians sustained injuries in a hit-and-run auto crash in Valley Spring Lane.
Dispatched officers responded and found the three injured victims. However, the suspect driving a silver Ford Fusion with Texas plates immediately fled the scene.
Officers saw the vehicle strike the victims about 8 p.m. in the 10300 blocks of Valley Spring Lane, a few blocks from Cahuenga Boulevard. The victims sustained non-life threatening injuries, and two were transported to a hospital for further treatment.
Moreover, officers closed the surrounding area during cleanup and preliminary duties. However, the roadway has since reopened.
LAPD continues the investigation and will update the public once information is available.
