Fresno, CA (January 23, 2023) – On Sunday, a bicyclist sustained injuries following a North Palm Avenue collision.

The traffic collision took place at about 2:30 p.m. at the intersection with East Olive Avenue.

Witnesses said the bicyclist was westbound on East Olive Avenue when he was hit by a white northbound car on North Palm Avenue. They said the bicyclist was thrown over the car as a result of the collision. 

At the scene, responding officers were not available to say who failed the right of way.

The emergency responders treated the rider at the scene and transported him via ground ambulance in unknown condition.
