Bicyclist Hurt in Van Nuys Train Crash on Raymer Street
VAN NUYS, CA (February 28, 2019) — A bicyclist sustained injuries in a crash with a train in Van Nuys on Wednesday, February 27.
According to Kenneth Fraser of the Los Angeles Fire Department, at around 4:50 a.m, firefighters rushed to the 14800 block of Raymer Street near Kester Avenue and found the injured man.
The man received treatments at the scene, Fraser stated. The condition of the man’s injuries or if he was taken to a hospital was not immediately released. The patient’s identity was not disclosed.
The reason behind the crash was under investigation.
