Bicyclist Seriously Injured after Crash at Vail Lake Resort [Temecula, CA]

1 Hospitalized in Temecula Bicycle Accident

TEMECULA, CA (January 31, 2019) — A bicycle rider was taken to a hospital after suffering serious injuries in a crash at Vail Lake Resort on January 29.

The fire officials revealed that the crash happened about 3:15 p.m. Someone reported a person being hurt while riding a bike on a bike trail at the resort.

“Firefighters located the patient, began patient care & requested an air ambulance. The patient was flown by Reach Air Ambulance to an area hospital with serious injuries,” the Fire Department stated.

There were no further details provided as of this time.
