Turlock, CA (May 13, 2020) – Monday night, an unidentified driver struck and injured a bicyclist on S Central Avenue.
 
Around 9:00 p.m., officers received reports of an injured bicyclist down on the roadway just north of Linwood Avenue. However, the events leading up to the collision remain unclear.
 
The make and model of the vehicle that hit the bike are still unknown to the public.

The Aftermath

 
California paramedics and firefighters immediately responded to the scene and found the bicycle rider a severe fracture at his leg. The victim was rushed to the nearest hospital with unknown injuries.
 
Authorities are still investigating the scene to find the cause of the crash and will provide updates when the investigation concludes.
