Police Investigate Fatal Crash on 39th Avenue and Camelback Road in Phoenix
Phoenix, AZ (August 11, 2022) – Early Thursday morning, a bicyclist died in a crash on 39th Avenue and Camelback Road.
The fatal crash in Phoenix happened on August 11.
Phoenix Police said the vehicle’s driver was not able to avoid the bicyclist, who was reportedly already laying on the road prior to the crash.
The male bicyclist probably in his 60s was taken to the hospital where he died from his injuries.
Investigators said the driver did not show any signs of impairment.
Further investigation into this fatal crash is underway.
