SAN LEANDRO, CA (November 26, 2020) – Tuesday morning, an auto crash on Davis Street and Interstate Highway 880 killed a bicyclist.
 
According to the San Leandro Police Department, a white van struck and killed a male bicyclist. The incident occurred on Davis Street at Interstate Highway 880.
 
Lt. Ali Khan believes that a dark sedan and an early 2000s Ford or Chevrolet pickup truck also hit the bicyclist.
 
At this time, the circumstances that have led up to the crash remains unavailable. Once additional detains becomes available, the public will be duly notified.
 
Authorities shut down all westbound lanes on Davis Street at Interstate Highway 880 to give way to the investigation.
