Bicyclist Killed after Hit by Truck at Manchester Boulevard and Hindry Avenue [INGLEWOOD, CA]

Fatal Bicycle Crash on Manchester Boulevard in Inglewood

 
INGLEWOOD, CA (November 21, 2019) – A bicyclist was killed after being hit by a truck Thursday morning in Inglewood, authorities said.
 
CHP officials said a stakebed truck turning right onto eastbound Manchester Boulevard from northbound Hindry Avenue near LAX struck the bicyclist around 7:30 a.m.
 
The victim, only described as a Hispanic male, suffered severe injuries and died at the scene.
 
The driver stopped and cooperated with the investigation. Police have not yet determined if he or she was under the influence at the time of the incident.
