Oakland Bicycle Collision Kills Cyclist

Oakland, CA (November 12, 2023) – A bicyclist was killed following a 98th Avenue collision Friday night. 

The authorities responded to the crash scene minutes before 9:30 p.m. in the area of Empire Road.

Officers found the cyclist unresponsive on the roadway. They declared the victim deceased at the scene. 

Moreover, police did not say if the driver remained at the scene or if this was a hit-and-run case.
