LONG BEACH, CA (September 28, 2020) – Sunday morning, a bicyclist suffered injuries in a hit-and-run crash on Anaheim Street and St. Louis Avenue.
 
The authorities responded at around 11:50 a.m. on Anaheim Street and St. Louis Avenue. They came after receiving a report of a hit-and-run crash, spokeswoman Allison Gallagher revealed. Upon their arrival, they located a man with an injury to his upper body. Meanwhile, several bystanders attempted to administer medical aid.
 
Responders transported the bicyclist to a local hospital in critical condition, Gallagher added.
 
“Through their investigation, officers have determined the bicyclist was riding southbound on St. Louis Avenue in the southbound lane of traffic when he was struck from behind by a dark-colored sedan,” she stated.
 
Meanwhile, the driver of a dark-colored sedan failed to stop after the crash. He was last seen driving south on St. Louis Avenue.
