Teen Hospitalized in Seal Beach Bicycle Accident on Jade Cove Way
SEAL BEACH, CA (May 6, 2021) – On Wednesday afternoon, a bicyclist sustained injuries after a crash on Jade Cove Way and Marlin Avenue.
According to Lt. Nick Nicholas of the Seal Beach Police Department, the incident happened at around 1:40 p.m.
Moreover, the crash occurred near the intersection of Jade Cove Way and Marlin Avenue.
Reports revealed that a 13-year-old boy was struck by a vehicle while riding his bike.
Furthermore, Orange County Fire Authority paramedics transported the teen to a hospital with moderate injuries.
Also, the driver of the involved vehicle sustained no injuries, and remained at the scene to cooperate with the authorities.
The Seal Beach bicycle accident is under active investigation.
