63-Year-Old Man Hospitalized in San Diego Bicycle Accident on Carmel Mountain Road

 
SAN DIEGO, CA (December 11, 2022) – Friday night, a bicyclist sustained injuries following a hit-and-run crash on Carmel Mountain Road.
 
The incident happened at around 5:30 p.m. at the 10000 block of Carmel Mountain Road.
 
According to the San Diego Police, Honda Fit veered towards the right side of the road and struck a male bicyclist. Then, the force of the crash ejected the bicyclist into the roadway. Also, the Honda Fit driver fled the scene after the crash.
 
Moreover, paramedics transported the victim to a hospital with cuts on his face, and a fractured leg.
 
Furthermore, officers managed to locate and arrest the hit-and-run driver at his home.
