Bicyclist Hospitalized in Redding Crash on Highway 299 near Lower Springs Road
REDDING, CA (December 14, 2020) – Saturday night, a bicyclist sustained injuries in an accident on Highway 299 near Lower Springs Road.
According to California Highway Patrol, a car driving out from Salt Creek Heights entrance struck a male bicyclist in his 50s.
Responders transported the victim to Mercy Medical Center after sustaining injuries.
The identity of the victim and further information regarding the crash is not readily available.
The crash is under active investigation.
