Man Killed in S 14th Street Collision
Having lost a loved one that could have been prevented is a difficult experience for the bereaved.
Sweet Lawyers can assist you if you’ve lost a loved one in a traffic accident. With legal representation, you can obtain compensation for medical bills, loss of earnings, future medical expenses, pain and suffering, and more.
“I think the misconception is that when a loved one passes away, the insurance company and the defendant will automatically admit liability and offer all the funds available.”
“Insurance companies will try to save money, even if it means not fully compensating a family for the death of a loved one. When a family retains a wrongful death attorney, it gives them time to grieve their loss, and the lawyer can start focusing on holding the negligent party accountable,” says Tyler Toomey, a tenured Sweet Lawyers attorney.
