Fatal Bicycle Accident on Los Osos Valley Road
San Luis Obispo, CA (November 19, 2022) – On Thursday, a bicyclist died in a traffic collision near Whole Foods Market.
The fatal crash took place at about 7:09 p.m. in the 12000 Block area.
San Luis Obispo police it appears that the bicyclist was traveling in the marked westbound bike lane before it swerved into the opposing traffic where he was struck.
The rescuers treated him at the scene but he died at an area hospital.
