COLTON, CA (June 8, 2022) – Early Monday morning, a bicyclist died in a hit-and-run crash near North Rancho Avenue and West Johnson Street.
 
According to the Colton Fire Department, the incident happened at around 12:54 a.m. Moreover, it occurred near the intersection of North Rancho Avenue and West Johnson Street.
 
Reports revealed that a vehicle struck a bicyclist and then fled the scene.
 
Moreover, responders rushed to the scene and performed life-saving measures on the victim. However, paramedics pronounced the 41-year-old male bicyclist dead at the scene.
 
Furthermore, officials released no additional information about the incident at this time.
