How Traffic Safety in Santa Rosa is Changing

Cyclists know that the common road rules involve using hand signals when turning or stopping. This is to ensure clear communication with drivers and other motorists. It is also important for bicyclists to always go with the flow of traffic and wear bright-colored clothing to remain visible at all times. Even so, sometimes accidents may still occur.
