Iqbal Singh Arrested in Panama Lane Fatal Street Race Crash
Bakersfield, CA (February 04, 2022) – On Wednesday, 19-year-old Bianca Flores of Arvin died, while the authorities arrested 35-year-old Iqbal Singh, in a street race crash on Panama Lane.
The fatal collision happened at around 6:15 p.m. west of Akers Road.
Reports said a Ford Mustang and a motorcycle were in a street race at the time of crash.
According to investigators, the Mustang driven by Singh crossed into oncoming traffic and struck another car head-on.
Flores, the driver of the vehicle struck by the Mustang lost her life at the crash scene.
The paramedics rushed her passenger to a hospital with moderate injuries.
Moreover, the motorcyclist fled the scene and the officers arrested Singh with charges of charged with murder, vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence, and other charges.
