Afternoon Collision at 55 and 22 Freeways Injures Three
ORANGE, CA (December 6, 2018) – Bertha Vargas and two others were hospitalized following a three-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon at the intersection of 55 Freeway and 22 Freeway.
The crash happened around 3:30 p.m. involving a silver Honda Civic, a maroon Toyota Avalon and a third vehicle.
Details of how the crash occurred were not immediately available, but three people were injured as a result of the accident. All three patients were taken to UCI Medical Center for proper treatment.
The Toyota and Honda were towed away from the wreckage.
Three freeway lanes were blocked for about 20 minutes while evidence from the scene was collected and photographed.
