LA MARGUE, TX (December 27, 2023) – Sunday night, authorities arrested Bertha Lee Anderson after a fatal vehicle crash on FM 1765 near Duroux Road.

The incident happened at around 6:30 p.m. on FM 1765 near Duroux Road.

According to reports, a Buick Envision struck a man who was riding a scooter.

Moreover, responders rushed the 34-year-old victim to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
