66-Year-Old Motorcyclist Pronounced Dead after Collision near Glade Road in Franklin County
FRANKLIN COUNTY, WA (April 15, 2020) – Thursday evening, 66-year-old Bernardo Cuevas, of Paso was killed in a motorcycle and car accident on Glade Road.
According to reports, the two-vehicle crash between a motorcycle and a car occurred around 7:00 p.m. Dispatchers arrived to the area near North Glade Road and Clarks Road, shortly after.
Following preliminary investigation, Franklin County deputies revealed that Cuevas collided with a vehicle that veered in front of him. However, the authorities did not disclose who was at fault.
The surrounding area on Glade Road was closed off for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties. However, the roadway has since reopened.
At this time, the collision investigation remains ongoing. In addition, it is currently unclear whether alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash.
At this time, the sheriff’s office is currently handling the investigation.
