Injuries in SR 240 Fatal Collision
Richland, WA (February 11, 2022) – On Thursday, 56-year-old Benedict Biegler of Yakima died in a three-vehicle crash on State Route 240.
It was about 6:12 a.m. when the accident happened near milepost 26.
An eastbound truck crossed the centerline and crashed with two cars. The truck’s passenger, Biegler, lost his life in the accident.
Moreover, the rescuers rushed the truck’s driver and other passenger, along with the drivers of the other two vehicles to local hospitals.
The authorities are investigating this fatal collision.
