Auto-Pedestrian Crash on Sunland Boulevard Left Woman Dead [Sunland, CA]

Sunland, CA (October 6, 2023) On Thursday morning, a woman was fatally struck by 2 vehicles in an auto-pedestrian crash on Sunland Boulevard.

According to the LAPD, the fatal hit-and-run crash happened around 5:30 a.m. on the 10500 block of Sunland Boulevard.

Reports say that a the woman was struck by a vehicle as she was crossing the street, the vehicle’s drive fled the scene without stopping to render aid to the fallen woman. Afterward, another vehicle struck the woman down on the road. The female driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with officers.

Authorities are investigating the fatal hit-and-run and currently searching for the other suspect driver who remains at large.
