53-Year-Old Man Critically Injured in Auto-Pedestrian Crash near Tate Street
Bakersfield, CA (January 20, 2024) On Thursday evening, a 53-year-old man suffered injuries after an auto-pedestrian crash on Niles Street.
The CHP says that the auto-pedestrian crash happened around 8:47 p.m. on Niles Street near Tate Street.
Reports say that a Toyota Corolla hit and injures that male pedestrian. Medics rushed the man to the hospital with major injuries.
Authorities say that the driver stayed at the scene and did not show signs of intoxication at the time of the crash.
