El Centro, CA (October 16, 2023) On Saturday evening, a person was hurt and hospitalized after an auto-pedestrian crash on Imperial Avenue.

According to El Centro Police, the pedestrian crash happened around 7 p.m. at the intersection of Main Avenue and Imperial Avenue.

Medics rushed a person to El Centro Regional Medical Center and then flown to an out of Valley hospital for treatment.

Authorities are investigating the pedestrian accident, and have not released further details about the crash.
