Injuries Reported in Westlake Village Two-Vehicle Crash
WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA (November 20, 2018) – A two-vehicle crash that occurred on Highway 101 resulted in injuries on Sunday, November 18.
According to authorities, the incident was reported around 11:38 p.m. on eastbound Highway 101, just west of Lindero Canyon Road off-ramp. California Highway Patrol received a call that a vehicle traveling westward on the highway crashed into another vehicle.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found a black BMW with cracked windshield and a black Honda mini on the right shoulder. Both vehicles reportedly sustained major damage.
Emergency responders arrived at the crash site and indicated that one party passed out and another had head injuries.
No. 1, 2 and 3 lanes were shut down after the incident and tow services were called to the area.
The collision is still ongoing. No additional information was released.
